Easter Candy Centerpieces
I can't believe Easter is already almost here! Time is flying by! I'm going to show you a quick way to make your candy look cute and decorative...before you eat it! You can use whatever candy you'd like. I used jellybeans and a white chocolate rabbit. I also used some "grass" to make it a little more festive. Get creative! You can use different shaped vases and dishes to make these. You can also do things like layering different colored jelly beans (ex: pink jelly beans only followed by yellow jelly beans only, etc).
Here's the easy little centerpiece I came up with!

Beauty Tip Tuesday: DIY Dotting Tool
I'm a sucker for cute nail designs! I'm quickly learning how to get a little creative and try some of the designs myself. A lot of the designs I see require different sized brushes and tools. Sometimes, it's not necessary to buy all the tools because you can make them yourself! Today I want to show you how to make a Dotting Tool to create cute polka dotted nails!
What you need:
What you need:

DIY Wine Charms
I've been feeling very crafty lately so I thought I'd share a very cute yet simple craft tutorial. Wine charms are extremely easy to make! Here's what you'll need:
- Pliers
- Beads (any color or shape you'd like!)
- Earrings from any craft store
- Create any pattern you'd like.
- Make sure all your charms are different! These charms come in handy for get-togethers. Everyone has a different charm making it easy to tell your glass apart from the others!
- With pliers, bend the end of the wire that doesn't have a loop (see photo below for how much to bend it).
- Put charm around the stem of your wine glass.
- Put bent end of the earring into the loop to fasten your charm.
Easy, right?! This is a very simple version but feel free to get as creative as you want! If you try this, you can email me photos of your charms! :-)

Beauty Tip Tuesday: DIY Curling Wand
It's my favorite day of the week, Beauty Tip Tuesday! Today I'm going to focus on our hair since I haven't done so yet. I've mentioned before that I have an addiction to purchasing beauty products and that includes hair care products and tools. I'm constantly browsing YouTube for beauty tutorials and I realized that a lot of videos include the use of curling wands. For those of you who are not familiar with curling wands, they are curling irons without the clamp so you simply hold the ends of your hair and wrap your hair around the wand (as seen in the photo above). Since I have an addiction, I instantly wanted to run out and buy myself a wand of my own! I ended up resisting the urge when I realized I could make my own. Here's how I did it:
- Use any size barrel curling iron you'd like.
- Grab each side of the stand with your fingers and it will pull right off.
- Remove screws on clamp from both sides using either a screwdriver or a small wrench.
- Unscrew the spring.
- That's it, you're done! It's really that easy!
- Now, go paint the town with your beautiful curls!
