The Thursday Three!

Introducing The Thursday Three and probably the most random of all my posts! On Thursday's I will give you a little insight on some of my favorite things or a list of my top three "somethings"! I hope you will share your list on that day's topic as well in the comments below!


Today I will share:


My three must-haves for the gym!


  1. iPod! I will go insane doing cardio without it!
  2. Water bottle. There's a water fountain at the gym but what little water comes out of it is usually warm! Gross!
  3. Gloves. I dont want my hands getting all rough and cut up from the weights!
