#RihannaNavy & #TeamBreezy callabo?!

Rihanna and Chris Brown are making headlines again! As you may know, back in 2009 Brown was charged with assaulting his girlfriend at the time, Rihanna. After the fallout and media attention, Rihanna's career continued to rise and surprisingly it didn't take long for Chris Brown's to do the same. Recently, there have been rumors circulating about the former couple communicating via Twitter. Some didn't want to believe that she would ever be friendly with him again, but on Rihanna's 24th birthday, not one but two collaborations were released with Chris Brown. Needless to say, this created a lot of mixed feelings for fans around the world. Rihanna had made it clear in the past that she didn't want the 2009 "incident" to define who she was, however, is collaborating with her abusive ex boyfriend the way to prove that? There is nothing wrong with forgiving and forgetting, in order to move on with your life, but in Rihanna's case she has a lot more at stake. Since she's always in the public eye, by default, she is often seen as a role model to young women. Whether or not she wants to be a spokesperson for domestic violence, women who have gone through something similar have looked to her for strength. On the other hand, some may argue that the "incident" shouldn't define Chris Brown. Does he deserve a second chance? Is Rihanna sending out the wrong message? How do you feel about this situation? Let me know in the comments below!
